Please Note: We cannot possibly list and photograph all of the items that we actually hold on stock, if its not shown
that does not mean that we do not have your part, simply contact us for information. Unlike any other
taxi parts suppliers, we actually keep the parts on the shelf and do not request parts to order from
other suppliers, meaning actual availability and not promises.
At present all sales are either by phone e mail or post but easier to simply call and state what parts are required whilst
we configure the web site.
All items offered are only a fraction of what we hold in stock at any one time, since our full range of parts does
include items from the older series taxis, so it may be best to enquire.
Payment
We accept payment in all currencies at the prevailing rate of exchange, plus Sterling, US Dollars, and Euros can
be sent via the IBAN code on a bank to bank basis transfer for ease of payment, full bank codes on request.
All major credit cards including Amex are accepted except Diners, and we make a point of not running the
credit payment until the goods are ready to ship.
We use Business Post for all mainland UK deliveries at a flat rate regardless up to 20kl ( postcode restrictions
apply) For buyers in Offshore islands and Scottish Highlands other rates apply. Generally an overnight service
is applicable but urgent orders can be specified. For all of Europe we use DHL & it is normally within 1 working
week, USA Canada & Australia may take up to 8/9 days unless items is requested urgently rates will be quoted.
Value Added Tax
All UK buyers will have VAT added to the invoice unless the item offered is zero rated, all clients outside of
the EEC will have invoices showing exempt supply, all clients within the EEC economic zone will have vat at the
prevailing UK rate added unless the clients advise us of their own vat number which will be specified on the
invoice and thus make the supply of goods an exempt item. Most manuals & literature are exempt.
